1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service govern all software development services, information products, and goods offered by SoftBuild.

2. Software Development Services

SoftBuild offers bespoke software solutions tailored to your requirements. Service timelines and deliverables are defined in each project proposal. Clients are responsible for providing necessary access and information to enable timely delivery.

3. Information Products

Digital materials such as manuals, guides, and video tutorials are provided for download immediately after purchase. Access credentials and usage instructions will be delivered via email.

4. Goods

Physical products, including branded merchandise and hardware kits, are shipped according to the terms specified on the order confirmation.

5. Payment Terms

Fees are due as outlined in your agreement or order confirmation. SoftBuild accepts payments by the methods specified at checkout. Late payments may incur service delays.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Software Development Services

Requests for a refund must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service commencement date. Eligibility is based on work completed and expenses incurred. SoftBuild may issue a full or partial credit against future projects or process a refund via the original payment method. Projects not yet started may be fully refunded. Once deliverables are approved and accepted, no refund will be provided. Services may be transferred to another client or project upon mutual agreement.

6.2 Information Products

Refund requests for digital materials must be submitted within 7 days of download and before full access is granted. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. If fully accessed, the purchase is non-refundable.

6.3 Goods

Clients may ship back unused goods within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original packaging and condition. Upon inspection and confirmation, SoftBuild will offer a replacement or process a refund via the original payment method. Shipping costs to send items back are the client’s responsibility. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

7. Modifications to These Terms

SoftBuild reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our offerings after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
